Not Working

Problem...

When i have downloaded it with winrar and try to extract it it the file diapers, and if i try to open it in the winrar place i just get "Cannot execute "C\users\.....\Appdata\local\Temp\Rar$EX46.833\RenameMe.exe"
Do someone got a answer? .... Sry bad English :P

Its patched and detected as far as i know, even it it work, you will get banned..
