1) GENERAL BOARD-WIDE
A) Explicit, vulgar language, drug talk, nudity, porn and so forth is not allowed.
B) Use the Report button wisely, if false reporting is made expect consequences.
C) All publicly displayed messages are only limited to English. This includes posts, titles, signatures, profiles and other forms of public display.
D) When posting a new topic; please don't put a generic topic be specific instead of "Help" a better title would be "Help me with hack settings". This will draw people who can help you.
E) If you made any kind of tool that you think is useful to share with other people feel free to release it. But before we approve anything that is not an official catalyst release, an administrator or moderator will have to check if it is safe to use.
2) SPAM
A) We do not tolerate spam. In short, do not post small or useless posts that are not relevant. They will be deleted.
B) To report SPAM, click the exclamation mark image (http://catalyst-hax....rave/report.png) under the spam post.
3) OFFENSIVE POSTS
A) Do not post offensive, abusive, obscene, hateful, discriminating or harmful posts.
B) Use basic manners when posting. For example, DO NOT ever type in ALL CAPS as it implies yelling.
4) HOW TO POST
A) Use descriptive subject lines & USE THE SEARCH feature. This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do or don't want to read.
B) Do not PM any moderator/administrator repeatedly
C) Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that do not post in the correct forums will be warned, then banned.
D) Anything related to Drug Talk, Pornographic Content, Illegal Software, Software Cracks, Software Keygens, Game Download Links, etc.. is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Users that will refer to those will be permanently banned.
5) RESPECT ALL STAFF MEMBERS AND ALL MEMBERS
A) Public discussions of moderator or administrator actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something solve the problem or difference in private.
B) Respect all the rest staff members (Tech Support, GFX Team, Hack testers). They are all here to help you. So don't be disrespectful to them.
C) Blatant disrespect or slander/libel of any member of this forum is not allowed in any way shape or form. If you have a problem with someone solve it through PM or email DO NOT bring it out to the public. Offenders who choose to do this will be banned permanently from this forum.
7) REPORTING ABUSE
A) If you have a complaint about another member, problems with other members, etc. please try to resolve by using PM and email, if necessary, address an administrator / moderator using the PM. False reporting will not be taken lightly.
B) If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to a Moderator / Administrator and the situation will be handled accordingly.

If you happen to violate any of the rules, the following punishments against you may be undertaken:
* Edit or removal of post
* Edit of signature or avatar if in violation of rules
* Increase of the Warning Level
* All posts will require moderator approval
* Removal of offender's posting rights
* Suspension of the offender's user account
* Ban/Deletion of the offender's user account
* IP Ban of the offender's user account
* Other punishments felt necessary by the Administratorss
